Along with server support, Park Place can also provide assistance with basic and enhanced OS support for select operating systems.
Network Hardware Support
Whether it’s your wireless access point, fiber channel switch, or network director that has reached the end of its initial warranty, Park Place Technologies provides world-class support and maintenance for OEMs like Cisco, Brocade and HPE.
ParkView First Call™
- Park Place will answer the customer call or email immediately and gather data about the service event
- Park Place will open an incident with the current OEM service provider on the customer’s behalf
They’re so confident they’ll get the fix right the first time, they guarantee it.
- The guarantee covers all hardware monitored by ParkView Hardware Monitoring™ and has an active Park Place Technologies maintenance agreement
- If a return trip is needed to correct the same issue on the same device within 5 days, you will be credited for one month of maintenance and ParkView monitoring on that device.
